The store is currently set up to ship to the United Kingdom.
How do I start a return?
Email uk.cashmerearoma@gmail.com before sending anything back. Items returned without a request are not accepted.
How long do I have to request a return?
The refund policy states 14 days from the date you receive your item.
What condition should returns be in?
Items must be unopened, unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
Who pays return shipping?
