SHIPPING POLICY

Cashmere Aroma UK is committed to excellence and the satisfaction of our customers. We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Please note that public holidays and Sundays may affect dispatch and delivery times.

1. ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

We offer same-day dispatch for orders placed before 12:00 p.m. (UK time) on business days. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. will be dispatched on the following business day.

Orders are not dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, dispatch times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay in dispatching your order, we will notify you by email.

2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping options and costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Free shipping is available on eligible orders over £50.

Due to weight and liquid-handling requirements, laundry softeners are shipped separately and are excluded from free-shipping promotions.

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. Any delivery dates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

3. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete.

As we process orders promptly, there is a limited window to amend address details. If you believe an incorrect shipping address has been provided, please contact us immediately.

Cashmere Aroma UK cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an address supplied incorrectly by the customer at checkout.

4. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

Orders returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible shipping information may be subject to a restocking fee, determined on a case-by-case basis.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Any additional shipping costs incurred to resend an order will be the responsibility of the customer.

5. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a parcel has been marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the recipient.

Cashmere Aroma UK is not liable for parcels reported as lost, stolen, misplaced, or not received after the courier has confirmed successful delivery.

If tracking information confirms delivery, customers should check with household members, neighbours, designated safe places, reception desks, or any other location where the parcel may have been left before reporting it as missing.

If theft is suspected, customers should contact the courier directly and report the matter to the appropriate local authorities.

6. PROOF OF DELIVERY

If the courier provides proof of delivery, including but not limited to GPS coordinates, delivery photographs, delivery scans, signature confirmation, or delivery confirmation linked to the shipping address provided at checkout, Cashmere Aroma UK will consider the order successfully delivered and fulfilled.

In such circumstances, refunds, replacements, or compensation will not be issued for parcels reported missing after the courier has confirmed delivery.

7. COURIER INVESTIGATIONS

Cashmere Aroma UK reserves the right to open an investigation with the courier regarding any delivery dispute.

The outcome of the courier's investigation will be taken into consideration when determining eligibility for refunds, replacements, or compensation claims.

8. RETURNS

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly supplied.

9. OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS

If an item included in your order becomes unavailable after purchase, we may:

• Cancel and refund the unavailable item; and/or
• Dispatch the remaining items in your order.

Customers will be notified if this situation occurs.
