SHIPPING POLICY

Cashmere Aroma UK is committed to excellence and the satisfaction of our customers. We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please note that public holidays may affect dispatch and delivery times.


1. ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

We offer same-day dispatch for orders placed before 10:00 a.m. (UK time) on business days.
Orders placed after 10:00 a.m. will be dispatched on the following business day.

Orders are not dispatched or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, dispatch times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay

in dispatching your order, we will notify you by email.


2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping options and costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Free shipping is available on eligible orders over £50.
Due to weight and liquid handling requirements, laundry softeners are shipped separately and are excluded from free shipping.

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination.


3. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete.

As we process orders promptly, there is a limited window to amend address details. If you believe an incorrect shipping address has been provided, please contact us immediately.


4. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

Orders returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information may be subject to a restocking fee, determined on a case-by-case basis.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Cashmere Aroma UK is not responsible for parcels that have been marked as delivered by the courier but are reported as lost or stolen.

If tracking information confirms delivery and the parcel has not been received, we recommend contacting the courier directly and reporting the issue to your local authorities.


6. RETURNS

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.


7. OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS

If an item from your order is out of stock, we may:
• Cancel and refund the unavailable item, and
• Dispatch the remaining items in your order.


8. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
